Minimum first yearly sales: 100 units

Minimum Second yearly sales=Minimum first yearly sales X 2.

Minimum third yearly sales must be higher than the “Second Yearly sales”, the exact figure must be negotiated with the local exclusive distributor before the end of the second year of exclusivity.

Please note that the exclusivity and the terms of the contract are valid only while the distributor complies with the minimum order terms. Any terms of this contracts are automatically invalidated in case the distributor fails to achieve the minimum target sales in the allotted territory.
