We need Guarantor who owns the property in UK

ID proof and living address proof if the living address is different than living address proof.

ownership proof of property ( building insurance policy number or any mortgage statement picture. )

Option 1

If you manage to get a guarantor ( owns the property in the UK)

rent + 100 deposit

Option 2 :

If the Guarantor don’t own the property in UK thn arrange 2 guarantors with their last 3 months’ salary slips

Rent + 100gbp

Option 3:One Guarantor only with salary slips without property owns

Rent + half of the rent Deposit

Option 4 – no guarantor thn

Rent + Full rent deposit
