⚠️ Important Notice – Please Read Before Use
Before applying XanthRemover for lower eyelid tightening, follow these instructions carefully to ensure safe, controlled, and effective treatment. The lower eyelid is even more delicate than the upper eyelid, and improper use can lead to swelling, discomfort, pigmentation issues, or scarring.
Patch Testing. Training for Lower Eyelid Tightening.
Patch testing is crucial to assess your skin’s sensitivity and allow you to gain confidence in using the gel before applying it near your eyes.
Patch Testing Steps:
Day 1
Apply a small amount of gel (no more than 0.5 cm) on your forearm and below the chin.
Leave it on for 3 minutes, then wipe off with a makeup pad and rinse with water.
Monitor for 24 hours. If you notice any undesired effects discontinue use.
Day 2
Apply a tiny amount of gel on a new spot on your forearm and chin. Leave it on for 10 minutes, then wipe and rinse.
Day 3
Repeat the test for 15 minutes on another patch of skin. Monitor the healing response before moving on.
Patch testing on the Lower Eyelids
Always apply the product with extreme care around the eye area. Avoid contact with the eyes at all times.
Day 5
Apply a tiny amount below one lower eyelid, keeping at least 3–4 mm below the lash line.
Leave on for 3 minutes, wipe off, rinse well. Observe for 24 hours.
Day 6
Apply a small amount below the other lower eyelid for 6 minutes.
Monitor effects such as redness or mild swelling.
Day 8
If no adverse reaction occurred, apply to the same lower eyelid as Day 5 for 15 minutes.
Rinse thoroughly.
Day 9
Apply the XanthRemover on the second lower eyelid for 20 minutes if you deem it appropriate.
Expect swelling and peeling to begin within 1–2 days.
Full Application Process for Lower Eyelids
Wash hands thoroughly.
Cleanse and dry the lower eyelid area.
Apply a thin, even layer of gel 2 mm below the lash line, always avoiding direct eye contact.
Leave the gel on for the desired time based on your tolerance:
Shorter Duration = gentler effect, more sessions needed
Longer Duration = stronger tightening, fewer sessions, more swelling
Wipe off using a makeup pad, then rinse thoroughly with warm water.
Healing and Aftercare
Mild swelling and peeling are normal and may last 5–10 days.
Avoid picking or scratching the area during healing.
Do not use makeup on the lower eyelids until peeling has completely stopped.
Apply sunscreen daily and avoid sun exposure for at least 3 months post-treatment.
Wait 4 weeks between each treatment session to allow full healing.
⚠️ Possible Side Effects
Improper use or poor aftercare can result in:
Temporary swelling, redness, or discomfort
Scarring from overuse or misuse
Hyperpigmentation or hypopigmentation
Infection or prolonged healing if aftercare is ignored
Final Notes
Your results depend on the duration of the application.
Longer time = deeper effect = fewer applications needed to achieve the results you desire, but more peeling/swelling
Shorter time = milder effect = more applications needed to achieve the results you desire, with minimal recovery time
Plan your treatment around your schedule, as peeling and scabbing may last up to 10 days and is unsightly during that period.
Never apply inside the eye. Avoid contact with the tear ducts.
