XanthRemover is a high-strength exfoliating gel designed to reduce and gradually remove freckles by eliminating pigmented skin cells and promoting the growth of new, evenly toned skin. Follow the instructions below to safely and effectively use XanthRemover for freckle removal.

Mandatory Patch Test (Before Full Application)

Patch testing is essential to ensure your skin tolerates the product and to observe how your skin responds.

Day One

  • Apply a tiny amount (0.5 cm²) of gel on your inner forearm or under the chin.

  • Leave on for 10 minutes max.

  • Wipe off and rinse thoroughly with water.

Day Two

  • Apply again on a different area (preferably near the freckled zone but not on the face).

  • Leave on for 30 minutes max.

  • Wipe off and rinse thoroughly.

➡️ Wait 2 days and monitor the skin for any irritation, redness, or prolonged itching. Discontinue use if any adverse reaction occurs.

Day Five

  • Apply a tiny amount of gel directly on one small freckle patch.

  • Leave on for 30 minutes, then wipe and rinse.

Day Six

  • Repeat the same process on a different freckled area.

  • Leave for 40 minutes max (if you deem it appropriate absed on the past results).

Day Seven

  • Treat another freckle cluster.

  • Leave for 50 minutes max (if you deem it appropriate absed on the past results), then rinse.

➡️ Observe peeling and skin reaction over the next few days.

Day Eleven

  • If all went well, apply the gel to a new untreated freckled area.

  • Leave on for up to 1 hour max(if you deem it appropriate absed on the past results), then rinse.

Application Instructions for Freckles Removal

Once patch testing is complete and skin is tolerant:

  1. Wash your hands thoroughly.

  2. Clean and dry the freckled area. You may degrease with a mild toner or diluted vinegar.

  3. Apply a thin layer of XanthRemover gel on the face affected by the freckles including the parts that are not. Apply it as if you are performing a full face skin exfoliation. Avoid contact with the eyes and lips.

  4. Leave on for 10 to 30 minutes, depending on previous patch test tolerance.

  5. Wipe off gently with a clean cotton pad and rinse with cool to lukewarm water.

➡️ Peeling may begin in 1–2 days. Let the peeling process occur naturally. Do not pick or scrub.

Frequency of Use

  • Wait a minimum of two weeks between each treatment.

  • Reapply only once the skin is fully healed from the previous session.

Post-Treatment Care

  • Use SPF 50+ sunscreen daily for at least 3 months post-treatment.

  • Avoid direct sun exposure to prevent hyperpigmentation.

  • Refrain from applying makeup on the treated area until peeling is fully complete.

  • Apply a gentle, fragrance-free moisturizer to support healing.

  • Avoid scrubs, acids, or active ingredients until the skin is back to normal.

Important Warnings

  • Not suitable for use around eyes, lips, or open wounds.

  • Discontinue use if you experience persistent redness, pain, or swelling.

  • Do not use on very sensitive skin without dermatologist guidance.

  • Keep out of reach of children.

Expected Results

  • Visible fading or complete removal of freckles after 2 to 5 treatments (depending on skin type and depth of pigmentation).
