XanthRemover can help reduce inflammation, exfoliate dead skin cells, and promote the healing of irritated follicles. This treatment smooths the skin and prevents further follicle blockage.

How XanthRemover Helps:

  • Reduces redness and inflammation of affected hair follicles

  • Gently exfoliates the dead skin cells that block pores

  • Prevents further follicle irritation with controlled application

  • Helps lighten post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation from folliculitis

  • Smooths the skin texture after the waxing irritation subsides

Mandatory Patch Test

Since waxing can make the skin more sensitive, perform a patch test before full application.

Day One

  • Apply a small amount of gel (max 0.5 cm²) to the inner forearm.

  • Leave on for 10 minutes, then rinse thoroughly.

Day Two

  • Apply a small amount to a different spot on the forearm.

  • Leave on for 30 minutes, then rinse.

  • Wait 2 days to observe any redness or irritation.

Day Five

  • Apply a thin layer directly to a small area with folliculitis (e.g., on the leg).

  • Leave on for 20 minutes, then rinse off completely.

Day Six

  • Repeat on another affected area.

  • Leave on for 30 minutes, then rinse.

Day Seven

  • Apply to a third affected area.

  • Leave on for 40 minutes, then rinse.

Day Eleven

  • Once the skin’s reaction is understood, apply to a larger affected area.

  • Leave on for up to 1 hour, then rinse thoroughly.

Application Instructions

  1. Clean and dry the affected area before application.

  2. Apply a thin layer of XanthRemover to the folliculitis-prone area.

  3. Leave on for 20–60 minutes, depending on the patch test results.

  4. Gently wipe off with a cotton pad and rinse with cool water.

  5. Repeat the process every 2 weeks once the peeling is complete.

  6. Do not pick or scrub the peeling skin.

Post-Treatment Care

  • Apply a gentle moisturizer after the peeling phase.

  • Avoid tight clothing that may irritate the affected area.

  • Use fragrance-free cleansers to avoid aggravating the skin.

  • Avoid shaving or waxing the treated area until fully healed.

  • Use sunscreen on exposed areas to prevent pigmentation changes.

Expected Results

  • Reduction of redness and inflamed bumps after 2–3 applications

  • Smoother and more even skin texture in affected areas

  • Gradual fading of dark spots caused by folliculitis

  • Improved skin resilience to future waxing irritation
