1. Ownership and Rights
All original video and audio recordings, photographs, and likeness of Andreas Russo (“the Content”) remain the exclusive intellectual property of the Rights Holder.
All copyrights, moral rights, image rights, and publicity rights are fully retained in perpetuity by Andreas Russo and the Rights Holder.
No ownership or rights are transferred by this licence.
2. Permission to Use
Any person or organisation (“the Licensee”) may use the Content under a non-exclusive, worldwide, revocable licence, free of charge and without written signature, to:

edit, subtitle, translate, cut, remix, or compile the Content;

upload, publish, share, or broadcast it on any platform;

monetise their own uploads through advertising or tipping systems.
The Rights Holder retains full ownership and may independently use or monetise the same footage.
3. Conditions of Use

Each publication must visibly credit “Andreas Russo” in the video or caption.

The Licensee may not sell or license the Content to third parties.

The Content may not be used to advertise or endorse other products or individuals without written consent.

Do not distort or defame Andreas Russo or his companies.

This licence applies only to the Licensee’s own accounts and is non-transferable.
4. Publisher Responsibility for Legal Compliance
The Licensee is solely responsible for ensuring that any published material complies with all applicable laws and platform policies in the country of publication.
In particular:

No person under 18 years of age may appear in any published video unless verified written consent from a parent or legal guardian has been obtained and is retained by the Licensee.

The Licensee must not upload or distribute any material that is illegal, defamatory, or otherwise unlawful.
The Rights Holder provides the Content “as is” and accepts no liability for how the Licensee uses it.
5. Revenue and Monetisation
The Licensee may earn revenue from their uploads without paying fees to the Rights Holder.
The Rights Holder may also monetise the same Content.
6. Revocation and Removal
The Rights Holder may revoke this licence at any time by public announcement or direct notice; the Licensee must then remove the content immediately.
7. Governing Law
Recognised under both United Kingdom and People’s Republic of China law.
The law offering stronger protection to the Rights Holder prevails.
8. Acceptance
Use, editing, uploading, or redistribution of any part of the Content constitutes full acceptance of these terms.
