Ownership and Rights<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"409\" data-end=\"771\">All original video and audio recordings, photographs, and likeness of Andreas Russo (\u201cthe Content\u201d) remain the exclusive intellectual property of the Rights Holder.<br data-start=\"573\" data-end=\"576\" \/>All copyrights, moral rights, image rights, and publicity rights are fully retained in perpetuity by Andreas Russo and the Rights Holder.<br data-start=\"713\" data-end=\"716\" \/>No ownership or rights are transferred by this licence.<\/p>\n<hr data-start=\"773\" data-end=\"776\" \/>\n<h3 data-start=\"778\" data-end=\"802\">2. Permission to Use<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"804\" data-end=\"970\">Any person or organisation (\u201cthe Licensee\u201d) may use the Content under a non-exclusive, worldwide, revocable licence, free of charge and without written signature, to:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"972\" data-end=\"1170\">\n<li data-start=\"972\" data-end=\"1038\">\n<p data-start=\"974\" data-end=\"1038\">edit, subtitle, translate, cut, remix, or compile the Content;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1039\" data-end=\"1099\">\n<p data-start=\"1041\" data-end=\"1099\">upload, publish, share, or broadcast it on any platform;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1100\" data-end=\"1170\">\n<p data-start=\"1102\" data-end=\"1170\">monetise their own uploads through advertising or tipping systems.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"1172\" data-end=\"1268\">The Rights Holder retains full ownership and may independently use or monetise the same footage.<\/p>\n<hr data-start=\"1270\" data-end=\"1273\" \/>\n<h3 data-start=\"1275\" data-end=\"1299\">3. Conditions of Use<\/h3>\n<ol data-start=\"1301\" data-end=\"1714\">\n<li data-start=\"1301\" data-end=\"1383\">\n<p data-start=\"1304\" data-end=\"1383\">Each publication must visibly credit \u201cAndreas Russo\u201d in the video or caption.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1384\" data-end=\"1455\">\n<p data-start=\"1387\" data-end=\"1455\">The Licensee may not sell or license the Content to third parties.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1456\" data-end=\"1567\">\n<p data-start=\"1459\" data-end=\"1567\">The Content may not be used to advertise or endorse other products or individuals without written consent.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1568\" data-end=\"1629\">\n<p data-start=\"1571\" data-end=\"1629\">Do not distort or defame Andreas Russo or his companies.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1630\" data-end=\"1714\">\n<p data-start=\"1633\" data-end=\"1714\">This licence applies only to the Licensee\u2019s own accounts and is non-transferable.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<hr data-start=\"1716\" data-end=\"1719\" \/>\n<h3 data-start=\"1721\" data-end=\"1773\">4. Publisher Responsibility for Legal Compliance<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"1775\" data-end=\"1939\">The Licensee is solely responsible for ensuring that any published material complies with all applicable laws and platform policies in the country of publication.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1941\" data-end=\"1957\">In particular:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"1958\" data-end=\"2254\">\n<li data-start=\"1958\" data-end=\"2142\">\n<p data-start=\"1960\" data-end=\"2142\">No person under 18 years of age may appear in any published video unless verified written consent from a parent or legal guardian has been obtained and is retained by the Licensee.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2143\" data-end=\"2254\">\n<p data-start=\"2145\" data-end=\"2254\">The Licensee must not upload or distribute any material that is illegal, defamatory, or otherwise unlawful.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"2256\" data-end=\"2357\">The Rights Holder provides the Content \u201cas is\u201d and accepts no liability for how the Licensee uses it.<\/p>\n<hr data-start=\"2359\" data-end=\"2362\" \/>\n<h3 data-start=\"2364\" data-end=\"2395\">5. Revenue and Monetisation<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"2397\" data-end=\"2543\">The Licensee may earn revenue from their uploads without paying fees to the Rights Holder.<br data-start=\"2487\" data-end=\"2490\" \/>The Rights Holder may also monetise the same Content.<\/p>\n<hr data-start=\"2545\" data-end=\"2548\" \/>\n<h3 data-start=\"2550\" data-end=\"2579\">6. Revocation and Removal<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"2581\" data-end=\"2730\">The Rights Holder may revoke this licence at any time by public announcement or direct notice; the Licensee must then remove the content immediately.<\/p>\n<hr data-start=\"2732\" data-end=\"2735\" \/>\n<h3 data-start=\"2737\" data-end=\"2757\">7. Governing Law<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"2759\" data-end=\"2901\">Recognised under both United Kingdom and People\u2019s Republic of China law.<br data-start=\"2831\" data-end=\"2834\" \/>The law offering stronger protection to the Rights Holder prevails.<\/p>\n<hr data-start=\"2903\" data-end=\"2906\" \/>\n<h3 data-start=\"2908\" data-end=\"2925\">8.
