No change of use.<\/p>\n<p>2) a modification to the existing roof of the extension, by making it into a flat roof. No change of use.<\/p>\n<p>3) new dormer windows to the main roof of the building. No change of use.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"moz-forward-container\"><\/div>\n<div class=\"moz-forward-container\">4) After the above applications to change the external envelope of the building, we will apply for prior approval permitted development rights class G for the upper 2 floors and class MA for the ground floor.<\/div>\n<div class=\"moz-forward-container\"><\/div>\n<div class=\"moz-forward-container\">The site postcode is DN32 7NQ rear of 68 Harold Street. This area is classed flood risk 3 therefore a flood risk assessment is required.<\/div>\n<div class=\"moz-forward-container\"><\/div>\n<div class=\"moz-forward-container\">Please find drawings attached. We could also merge these first three applications all into one, if it is more cost-effective. This would be very easy for us.<\/div>\n<div class=\"moz-forward-container\"><\/div>\n<div class=\"moz-forward-container\">For all these 4 planning applications, a flood risk assessment is required. Since we know we are going to require them for all 4 we would prefer to only have one flood risk assessment for the site with 4 different recommendations at the end maybe as appendices, sort of plug in depending on which application we are making at the time. Any other solutions can be considered.<\/div>\n<div class=\"moz-forward-container\">.<\/div>\n<div class=\"moz-forward-container\">In particular for class MA on the ground floor, we will need to have in place reasonable mitigation factors to be able to develop the site all throughout the ground floor and all the upper floors. Self-contained flats will need be placed on the ground floor, including bedrooms.
