The tenant and guarantors are liable to pay for the 6 moth rental.<\/p>\n
The only way we can end the contract earlier is if at any point we will find a suitable substitute for the early leaving tenant.<\/p>\n
The Charges are:<\/p>\n
100 pound for tenant find fees<\/p>\n
30 pound for advertising<\/p>\n
50\u00a0 pound for admin costs.<\/p>\n
The above costs need to be borne by the tenant who wishes to end the contract before the 6 months have expired. These need to be paid for by the early leaving tenant.
